THE PROCESS
Simple & Easy
The production process is one that is creative and easy, and although we do most of the work, you are constantly involved in the development. Your vision and concepts are conveyed through our questions, open dialogue and listening to your needs. We then bring your commercial to life.
We are here to make your business look great! Shoot time is 3 hours for a 15-45 second video, at your selected location, and at a time that is convenient for you.
You can choose to shoot your video during or after business hours. Once you approve the final cut, you will be provided a completed video on a personalized flash drive, and have your video uploaded to your desired destination within 7 business days.
Once your deposit of 50% is received, the team starts rolling.

How It All Works
Pre-production (video)

• WeTubeU will assign a producer to your project and schedule a meeting.

• The producer will discuss with you your needs, vision, and concepts.

• They will conduct a site survey of your shoot location.

• Producer will discuss props, lighting, music, and extras.

• Your producer works with you to build your script and your "talking points".

• The producer is available to you at anytime during the production process.
Pre-production (artwork)

• We will create your titles and end cards with your business's information & artwork.

• E-mail us your logos, titles and any existing artwork in a high-resolution format.

• E-mail your pictures, video and any other content that will be included in your video.
Pre-production (info)

• You and your producer finalize the script, shot list and location.

• Your producer will complete all aspects and logistical requirements.

• Your shoot date is schedule once we have received all components and approvals.

• We will provide you a (Pre-Production Guide) to follow.

• Personally prepare and rehearse for your shoot.
Production Day

• Videographer and producer sets-up shoots (location lighting, sound, and cameras).

• Any extras, props or any other items need to be on site and ready to go.

• Be yourself and be comfortable.

• In and out in 3 hours.

• Dedicate your time to the shoot.

• You can choose to shoot your video during or after business hours.
Post Production

• Our editors and post production experts create a rough cut for you to review.

• You provide 1 list of edits.

• You approve the final cut.

• Completed video is uploaded onto a personalized flash drive.

• Your personalized flash drive will be delivered by your sales consultant.

• Your video is uploaded to your specific destinations.

• We will discuss all your distribution options.

• Get your video out for everyone to see.
